Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour

You are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. To cancel, please contact us by email or phone with your booking reference number. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the tour

A 50% refund will be issued. The remaining 50% covers costs already incurred, including driver scheduling, vehicle preparation, and guide coordination. Alternatively, you may request to reschedule your booking at no extra charge, subject to availability.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour

No refund will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, or in the case of a no-show. This policy applies to all tours and private airport transfers.

Airport transfers — flight delays and cancellations

We monitor flight arrivals in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will wait at no additional charge for up to 60 minutes beyond the scheduled arrival time. If your flight is cancelled by the airline, please notify us as soon as possible and we will reschedule your booking, subject to availability. 

Cancellations due to weather or circumstances beyond our control

If FRAM Tours & Taxi Services cancels a tour due to severe weather, a government-issued advisory, or any other circumstance beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Your safety is our priority.

Rescheduling

We understand that travel plans change. You may reschedule your booking once at no charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before the original start time, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours' notice will be treated as a cancellation under the policy above.
